Natasha Pearl, CEO and Founder of Aston • Pearl, has more than 18 years of unique global ultra-wealth and family office experience. In 2003, she founded Aston • Pearl, “the family office for everything except money,” providing objective advisory to single family offices on everything except investments – helping create or restructure single family offices, and advising on residential operations, governance, aviation, art, eldercare, philanthropy, and other areas. Her firm has advised more than 80 families and single family offices since inception.
In 2013, Aston • Pearl was named “Best Lifestyle Firm” by Private Asset Management. This honor was repeated in 2014, and Aston • Pearl was in addition named “Best Family Consulting Firm.” In 2015, Natasha was named one of “The 50 Most Influential Women in Private Wealth.” In 2016, at the Family Wealth Report Awards, she was honored as “Leading Individual (Service Product Provider).”
Prior to founding Aston • Pearl, she served as a Senior Vice President and Worldwide Director at Sotheby’s, and as Chief Marketing Officer for Circline, a global art firm. Before that, she advised top-tier global financial institutions while at Booz Allen and Mercer Management Consulting, and held positions at American Express in operations and marketing.
She is frequently invited to speak on family office topics, most recently at the Seventh Annual Institutional Investor/Lido Consulting Family Office Wealth Conference, Campden’s Families in Business, Institute for Private Investors’ Spring Forum, NMS Family Office Forum, the Family Wealth Alliance, Tiger 21, FRA Single Family Office Operations, and Metropolitan Circle.

She completed a four-year term as a member of the Harvard Business School Board of Dean’s Advisors, is a trustee of Marymount Manhattan College, and in 2015 was appointed Chair of the Dean’s Leadership Council of the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
